Please note:
For 1st and 2nd year: The progress report as well as the IMC report must be submitted before 30/06 (if this is not possible, please send an email to the administrative manager celine.launay@univ-angers.fr).

For 3rd year or beyond: If the thesis defense takes place before the administrative re-enrollment deadline (i.e. December 31)  there is no need to convene the IMC. However, if the defense is postponed beyond December 31 of the year, it will be necessary to organize an IMC at the end of the 3rd year (full-time PhD) or at the end of the 6th year (part-time PhD) in order to register for an additional year of doctoral studies. Any further extension of the thesis (5th year for example) will require a progress report and an IMC meeting to collect its opinion.
