The Vegetal, Animal, Food, Sea, Environment (VAAME) Doctoral School No. 642 includes approximately 120 doctoral students across 23 laboratories.
L'ED VAAME is based on the network of researchers and research laboratories in the Pays de la Loire Region.
The thematic positioning of the research conducted within the doctoral school integrates the scientific questions that must be addressed to respond to the climate, environmental, and economic transitions our society is facing. These issues drive the motivation behind our fundamental and applied research, in terms of co-construction and interdisciplinarity.
